Does it ALWAYS rain on halloween?

I swear it rains every year here on Halloween. I specifically remember last year because my little one was only a few months old and my DH was balancing him and the umbrella. I also remember it raining a lot when I was a kid. Who else is having a rainy halloween?

We have had beautiful Halloweens for the past several years (much to my chagrin because it makes the kids stay out later ) but I do remember a "spell" of rainy, cold Halloweens.

Today it is supposed to be 75 degrees here and sunny, so we should have a comfortable night.

I feel for you though!

i'm sorry. that stinks. We've been very fortunate the last few years. We/ve had mild enough temperatures that the kids haven't needed jackets.

Here, it is always cold and either raining or snowing on Halloween. I don't think that in my lifetime we have EVER had a nice Halloween.

We have a chance for showers in the morning and a chance in the afternoon. But yes, I agree, it does seem to rain often on Halloween!

It's raining here. It rained last year too!

My sons were complaining about the rain when I took them to school today. I am glad that it's not cold here. Whenever they have to wear coats over their costumes it seems so sad.

I'm hoping that the rain moves out before evening! I think I'm going to go buy an extra umbrella just in case!

We're expecting great weather. Now it is nearly 70 and sunny. Tonight, about 47 and clear. Perfect for Trick or Treating with the kiddies....

Well Halloween is tomorrow after 14 years of this post. And its raining.

Lol zombie but my oldest was in kindergarten 18 years ago, tomorrow will be the first time since then that the elementary schools Halloween parades are canceled for rain (except for the 2 years school was canceled due to dangerous weather, downed trees and power outages). And it’s going to be 70.

Raining tonight in Toronto and rain is in the forecast for all day tomorrow and into the evening.

It's supposed to rain here tomorrow. It's never rained since I had my first child 19 years ago. I don't recall it ever raining when I was a kid.
