Will my infant receive a refillable mug if he is on the reservation that has the Dining Plan?

I would think not. If you don't have to buy a ticket or a dining plan for them, you wouldn't get a mug. Just like you can't get FPs for them, they don't have/need a ticket.

But I don't know from experience.

No, no one under 3 receives any sort of dining plan entitlements, including refillable mugs.

The above poster is correct. You have two options if you want a mug for your infant: age them up to three and pay for the dining plan; or buy a mug.

Milk and juice are never in the machines for the refillable mug, so nothing really suitable for an infant.

He is on the reservation becuase all heads are counted towards room occupancy, no matter how tiny the head.

In regards to recieving.a mug, no. You did not buy a dining plan for him, so he would not receive an entitlement that was not paid for. You are confusing room occupancy counts with the dining plan.
