Does Hotel Kingdom charge a fee?

Just wondering. Friends booked CPGV for this summer when she called to confirm CPGV's figures and HK's don't match.

The deposit amount seems to be their commission. They charge that amount right away and say that the hotel will only show the balance. They will not show what your actual total is. If you are looking on their site they quote you the full amount. No surprises or hidden fees.

Also, I don't think you can call CPGV direct and book the rooms at that price minus the HK fee. The prices on their own website are much higher.

Thanks guys! I read the FAQs on the HK website and you're right. The deposit must be HK's piece. No problem! We cant find CPGV's for that price anywhere else. We just booked too. A 3 bedroom. I just hope there's enough for the kids to do when we are not at the parks. Between our 2 families we have 8 kids (4-16). Not fun when they're bored.
