I am referring to your screen refresh rate. If it is set to low, it can affect how your screen looks. also, if you are on dial up, it takes a lot longer for a page to load than if you are on a high speed cable internet.

The graphics for the holidays probably don't help you if you are on dial up.

you can set your prefrences to "ignore signatures"

try that and see if it loads faster.
