Does FP go down overnight?

its 12:30 am and was trying to rearrange some fast passes for tomorrow at MK. Not a single FP showing up all day for any ride except 2 late in evening and I know that can't be correct. Is there some down time each night or just some random glitch.

any thing is possible what park and what day are you trying to change

I'm not so sure that we can safely use the word "random" in relation to a WDW software "glitch."
