Does everyone go to parks early in the morning?

Funny thing is even though everyone says go in the morning, I find them relatively not busy. I think there are so many people who sleep in. I'm not a slep in person. We go early, break and then hit it again at night. I would suggest hitting the parks in the morning if you and your family can handle it. July gets so hot mid day

DH & I are both early birds so we love to go early since we're already up and around. Why sit around the hotel room watching TV when we could be playing? DD used to get up early but now that she's 13, it's harder to get her up at home. All I have to do at WDW is whisper in her ear something to the effect of, "Rock n Roller coaster" or "Space Mountain" and she's outta bed so quickly she practically knocks me down!

The great thing about going early, besides no lines, is to take pictures. I have wonderful pics from our last vacation and it looks like we're the only ones in the parks!

Thanks everyone! I was really worried with all the books and web sites saying to go early that actually everyone did or would! Doesn't look that way, but we will be there every day at opening in July and take a break in the afternoons and then go back in the evening. I can't wait!!! I think we only have about 70 days left!! Yoppee!! :Pinkbounc

I must agree with Krissalee! My fiance and I are also childless, but have no plan to change our touring once we do have kids someday. My fiance is an early riser, even on vacation, but I like to sleep in a bit. We get to the parks in plenty of time for our lunch priority seatings, but never early in the morning. We prefer to eat a leisurely lunch and take advantage of the later afternoon and evening hours at the parks. We don't even arrive super early at the AK.

We do have the luxury of going for 11 days every July and in December, so we can take our time, but I believe a vacation should be just that. Have fun and relax - yes you can actually relax in WDW!

In relation to getting to the parks early... What time do the buses start running from the on site resorts, and what is the best time to arrive at the parks? Someone said 45mins early. Will the Buses from the CSR be running that early?

We got up early and were very thankful we did. MK had early entry at 7:00 on Easter Sunday and we were there at 6:45, but it really paid off. Hardly any waiting in line, the most was 15 minutes up until about 11:00, we also followed the touring plans in the unoffical guide and they worked wonderfully along with the early start.
