Does everyone at the table have to be on DDP?

Hey all! I am starting to plan a trip for Oct. 2008 (I know, I'm planning waaaay early! ) and we are thinking of getting a package with the DDP...seems like a good deal. But I was going to ask my brother to join us in Orlando for a couple days. If we all eat out at a TS restaurant and myself, DH, and DS are on the DDP but my brother is not, is that allowed?--for some people to use DDP and another person pay out of pocket for his meal and tip? Thanks!

Just let your server know who is, and who isn't. They'll give you separate bills.

The cash check will normally include an automatic 18% gratuity even if your total party is less then 6.

Did exactly this last year at Kona and LeCellier with on problem. 2 separate checks.
