Does everyone at CRO not sing from the same songsheet?.

After reading on here that AAA was available to book for next year i rang CRO this morning to book for next August three nights at ASM suites and four at the wilderness cabins, i asked her if they had an AAA rate but she said they were only available Jan to Dec of that year, i said i had info that they were released on the 6th of Aug, no she says that's just for packages so i had to book at rack rate but i am sure i have read on this site that others have obtained AAA rates for next year, so i am now confused, it is the first time i have tried to book direct, would it be ok for me to call again to see if i can get the discount?, or is it better to wait until Jan and then call?.

I would go to AAA.com and see if you can get the AAA rate through them and if so, then call back CRO. That's what I did. I found out I could get AAA rate on a garden view room of the Contemporary for the date I wanted so I called CRO and told them that I was able to get the room for x dollars, could they book it for me at that price or should I book directly with AAA. They said no problem and gave me the AAA rate. Now I also looked at expedia and some other sites but couldn't do better than the AAA rate for the room I wanted (they had discounts on better rooms but out of my price range). You'd better believe though if I could have gotten a cheaper rate with one of them I would have done the same thing and called CRO. Definitely don't wait until Jan b/c then all the discounts may be gone!

The AAA rates are definitely out. I booked on Monday for the Poly in March with AAA rate. Had a great CM too. Just call back, better luck next time.

AAA discounts are not available on anything that has "suite" in their description, meaning that the All Star Music suites fall into that rule
