Does espresso or capuccino count as a beverage?

Just wondering since we always get wine with dinner and espresso afterwards. Does espresso or capuccino count as a beverage on the DDP?

I got a capuccino at 1900 park fare for breakfast and is was counted on the ddp.

DH got a latte after lunch at Coral Reef on Saturday and we had to pay for it. We were able to use the DDE card for it though.
