On the GAD promotion, when you find a job, it ask for people that are going to volunteer.

Does each person have to fill out a form, or just 1 family member, and then put their names in.

Does that give us 4 sets of vouchers? Total of 4 in the family, so each would get one?

That is correct. One person can list all the family members.

However, each must commit to and perform a service.

There will be a separate certificate for each member.

All in the group must live at the same address. If they are at different addresses, they must register separately.

Does this really matter? I mean is it on the voucher anywhere or just the name? I have already registered my ILs to volunteer with us and they don't live with us. We are mailing in blankets, so its not like we would show ID/match addresses to volunteer even.

From the Disney GAD FAQ page

What do I need to bring to the theme park to redeem my voucher?

To redeem your ticket at a Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® theme park, you must bring a valid photo ID along with your voucher. Valid ID is one of the following: valid Government Issued Passport, valid Driver's License including a photo, or valid Government Issued Photo ID. For children under 18 who do not have any of the previous listed IDs, a copy of a Birth Certificate is acceptable. School IDs or children security IDs are not deemed Government Issued Photo IDs and will not be accepted. Please note: the Guest whose name is on the voucher must be present at the time of ticket redemption (for example, parents cannot redeem tickets for their children in their absence.)

What if I forget my child's proof of identification when I visit the theme park to redeem his or her voucher?

Unfortunately, a voucher cannot be redeemed without proof of identification for children or adults.

If the name on my voucher no longer matches my identification, how do I update my voucher?

Just bring proper documentation that shows the official name change to the name on your identification, along with your valid photo ID and voucher, to a Disney theme park at the time of redemption.

I registered my DH and my SIL is going to do it with him. It only asked for my DH's address and not my SIL's address. It never said he had to live at the same address. It only ask that he be able to identify himself with a picture ID. According to the FAQ he only needs an ID to use the voucher, it doesn't say anything about address.

I came here tonight to ask this question, so I'm glad I found this thread. I received a follow-up email from the coordinator of my volunteer event asking me to go back to disneyparks.com and register each person (DW, DD, and myself) individually. When I registered, I listed all of our names on one; was I wrong? Has anyone else dealt with this?

Hmm... I wonder if this was specific to the group you're volunteering with for some reason?? I signed up DH and I under one account with me as the primary and then adding him on as a family member. Worked just fine.

I don't think you're wrong. If you register separately, there's no harm.

When you sign up I believe I remember you have to check a box next to each persons name for a the volunteer assignment. Maybe the box didn't get checked? You only check the box to the persons going to that particular opportunity... and some may do one thing from the household and another may do something else...

I hope that made at least a little since.
