Does Disney even send out PINs anymore?

I got a (snail mail) mailer with a UOC last week. Up to 30% off for travel Jan. 2 - June 7, 2016. Of course we don't arrive until a little later in June so this code does me no good. <sigh> Hoping to get another one in a few months that covers our dates.

I got one not long ago. Can't remember what the offer was but I honestly don't think it was all that special or we might have used it right then. We threw it out because we had no plans to go, then changed our minds about two or three weeks later and booked a trip for December. I should have held onto it!

My brother got a mailer with a PIN today and immediately sent me a photo of it. He went with me on my last trip but I was the one that made the reservation and all the payments.

Of course, he's not planning on going on the next trip I'm planning for the end of April. So disappointing. So close and yet so far!

Anyone know if I could ask a Chat CM if I happen to have a PIN associated with my name or if I have to call to find out? NVM, you do have to call and sadly I have no offers associated.
