Going January 24-27. Won’t be there in time for 1/24. Any chance they add some After Hours on 1/25 (Friday)?

If you're talking about the extra, PAID event, then no they won't add another one the night after they had one. As far as I remember, they've not ever had them on back-to-back nights.

Granted anything is possible when it comes to Disney After Hours, but history would suggest no.
