Does DCL transportation take us to Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort after cruise?

For our past 6 trips there, we book with Southern Elegance Limos -- sometimes a 3-legged booking (airport to Universal, Universal to the port, Port to DCL -- and then Magic Express back to the airport). We have found that because there are three of us, the costs is not much more than Disney's Cruise transfers, but gives us the privacy and control over our pick up and drop off.

Universal does not offer anything from the port. It would be best to just take the Disney transfer back to the airport and then take a car to Universal (towncar service or cab as UBER does not pick up at the airport).

There is a level of uber that does pick up at MCO. I get lost in the levels but you can check out timesharerob's while thread about uber on the Transportation forum.

Can't we just get a traditional uber to pick us up at Port canaveral and take us to universal hotel

It may be different now, but I do not believe that standard Uber picks up at the port and goes all the way back to Orlando. You may be able to get a referral from someone who has used an Uber driver but it would be an "off the record" cash transaction.

If you book a Universal/RCCL package they have a way, though the ONE review I read of it wasn't very impressive!
If this is true I would love to know more about it. I have contacted Their 800 number, the hotel direct, even my TA (who still has not got back to me :( ). The only thing that has been suggested was mearstransportation.com which gives me the price for a mears car service so I might as well book with FLTours. I was passed from person to person when I called both Universal 800 and the hotel. No one seems to think there is a package.

If you know something else I would love it if you could share. It would be very helpful.

Uber Black can pick up from MCO, and I'm pretty sure you can take any Uber from Port Canaveral to the Universal resorts. If not, Disney uses Mears for their shuttles between MCO, WDW and Port Canaveral. The cost to book a Mears shuttle bus between Port Canaveral and Universal is probably close to the same price as DCL bus from Port Canaveral to WDW or the airport.

We went to Universal first last year before WDW. We had to rent a car which was super easy (no magical express there!!!) and I got a great price ($57 total with Alamo). We used it for 3 days (went to Universal 2) then dropped it at The WDW Car Care center after checking in at the resort...easy! I would think renting a car would be cheapest, you could rent a car at Port and drop it off at Disney.

I think it's something you would have had to book together.

Thanks, looks like its pretty limited though.

Royal Caribbean Land/Sea Package
Royal Caribbean and Universal have partnered together to provide an exclusive vacation package that you won’t find anywhere else. Now, you can enjoy either a 3/4-Night Bahamas cruise on Royal Caribbean’s Enchantment of the Seas or a 7-Night sailing on Royal Caribbean’s Freedom of the Seas along with either a 2/3/4-Night stay at Universal Orlando with theme park tickets and all transfers included! Both Royal Caribbean and Universal Orlando offer unique vacation experiences that shouldn’t be missed. Get a no-obligation quote with Dreams Unlimited Travel!

It would probably get expensive as well as your actually purchasing a full package from Royal and not just a package from Universal for hotel and transfers. I did talk to RCCL about transfers with a hotel stay and they didn't even mention this so I'm guessing either its no longer offered or it is book so seldom that their sales people aren't trained in it.

We book the same driver and car when we visit Orlando and are going from/to the cruise port- he's great.
