I'm looking at Continental flights. I was wondering what their policy is if the fare goes down before the flight. Do they issue credits/refunds or I'm out of luck? Thanks.
Continental does offer credits when fares go down, BUT there is a $100 change fee per ticket. Since the change fee is so high, there is generally no savings when a fare goes down.
I was about to post the same question. We are ready to book our flight for next summer. We definitely don't want it to go up. I did not know that they would charge $100 - there are five of us but regardless - I don't think the fare would go down much if it did.
