Does Chef TJ work on Sundays?

I just booked my room-only reservation for May 9 - May 15 with my 30% off pin code! We're staying at Pop Century

Anyway - So now I'm behind with my ADRs. I'm wanting to try 'Ohana again. We tried it this past May and, being vegan and vegetarian, we were hoping to get a meal from Chef TJ. When we arrived, we were told he didn't work on Fridays or Saturdays.

I'm wanting to book our 'Ohana dinner on our arrival night this time around, which is on a Sunday. I know there's always a chance he won't be there, but is he normally working on Sundays?

I'd appreciate any information at all!

Yes, he works Sundays (unless he happens to be taking a day off or he's changed his workdays since September 6)
