No, they don't.

We've found that if we go there later in the evening, around 7:45 or 8:00, the wait is next to nothing. Shh, don't tell anyone.

We went to B & C on Monday at about 11:50 a.m. for lunch and were seated immediately. There was a long line to get in when we finished our lunches at about 12:45 p.m. It's a very small restaurant, but you can also order your meal "to go" and enjoy it at one of the outdoor tables or by the pool if you don't want to wait for an inside table.

It's also not quite as busy during the "late" lunch hours. We usually go here around 2:30ish after visiting EPCOT. We usually stay at the S/D so it's convenient for the way back. Very relaxing and EXCELLENT ICE CREAM!!
