Hi -
I want to join.
I'm currently 146, I was down to 141 a few weeks ago. Shouldn't take me too long now that I'm back on track to get back to the 141.
I'm 5'2" and I did make it to my WW goal of 131 a few years ago. I didn't stay there because I didn't look at it as a lifestyle change and went back to my old eating habits. Also, I have a problem with my summer vacations. I seem to lose weight , then go on vacation (2-3 in the summer) and then I'm losing the entire year to get back to that point. I'm hoping to change that this year
I'd like to get down to about 125.

. I was 126 about 3 years ago and slowly have gained it back. My first goal is to make it back to 147 by my first wedding anniversary on April 1. That would be my wedding weight.
And of course the wine flowed!
My DH & I had to go out this evening and cover all the tropical plants since it's supposed to get to 29 here in Daytona (yikes! Not used to those temps anymore!) so I tried to bend and stretch there as well...
I do try to exercise 5 days a week, usually by riding my stationary bike for 8-10 miles.
