My trainer and physician suggested I start using a protein powder since I work out so much. But I don't know what to mix it with. Today I tried making a yogurt smoothie......
YUCK!!! Flavored yogurt I can handle but not plain. So then I made a smoothie out of milk, strawberries, half a bananna and some splenda....it was tolerable.
But the problem is I want to go back onto Atkins Induction and can't have a smoothie, so I am running low on options for the powder...any suggestions?
