Does anyone think that maybe Michael Jackson was murdered?

I think he was slowy destroyed by the pressure of being MJ. I do believe that negligence on behalf of medical "professionals" led to his demise.

I don't know that if they press charges they will "stick," but there will be some who will live with the stigma of having been a part of his death.

There sure does seem to be an awful lot of different law enforcement agencies getting involved with the investigation.

I don't know that I think he was murdered as in a planned murder for his estate or something; but I do think his death was the fault of those closest to him. He had an addiction to pain killers, he obviously was using that other drug that put him to sleep, his weight was so low that it was very unhealthy and he was addicted to plastic surgery. His death was the fault of those in his inner circle that could not tell him no and would not help him.

I don't care how he died...the good thing is there is one less pedophile on the planet.

No, I think he was into drugs and other substances he should not have had as he used alias names to get them and it killed him.

As he was an adult, he was of course ultimately responsible for his own addictions and his own drug use. But, just as in the life/death of Elvis; when someone surrounds themselves with a circle of people they expect to protect them and those people continue to supply them with whatever they are using shouldn't those people also take some responsibility?

He could not have given himself a drip and put the propafol in it. Someone had to have brought him the pain killers (I just don't see MJ walking into RiteAid). Someone had to continue prescribing those pain killers. Those are the people that are responsible for his death.

Hehehe just when I had given up the dis for dead it comes back to life... haha :yay:

I disagree. While we don't know what anyone did and didn't do to help him, the ultimate responsibility for his problems was his.

So many strange things coming out! :confused3

I don't think he was murdered, but I do think he was out of control with RX.
It's sad that he was trusting the wrong people.

My question is if he was so broke why was he renting a house that was $100,000 a month? Again, I think he was trusting the wrong people.

Living outside of L.A. in the OC...there is and has been "breaking news" constantly on MJ's death.

The latest is INDEED that Diprivan aka Propofol was found in MJ's LA mansion.

I do not believe he was murdered but I do believe he messed around with drugs and it was drugs that caused his death.

Someone will be accountable in the fact that Propofol is ONLY available in hospitals. You can NOT get a prescription for it. MJ is not an MD so someone indeed got that for him. MJ may or may not have administered the drug HIMSELF, I have no clue.....but the person or persons that brought that into the mansion should be accountable in some way for MJ's death.

No way do I believe that MJ ever wanted to die. Watching the latest video clip of him....MUSICAL GENUIS....so sad. :sad2:

My family was in LA in May and took one of those Starline Tours. We drove by MJ's house, saw the wreaths still up on the gates......BUT as far as $$$$, he sold out that UK tour in hours. I think MJ was trying to get his debts settled hence his going back on tour.

I couldn't agree more.:thumbsup2 When are people going to expect that we each take personal responsibility for our own actions?

I agree with this statement!:thumbsup2 Also, I heard that he "wanted out of the contract he had for the "new" tour" and that is why he "did what he did" so he could get some hospital rest and delay the tour again!:confused3 No-one will ever know.....

Maybe I'm wrong, but didn't someone attempt CPR, but that person wasn't there when ambulance crews arrived? Why did the person leave? You're not supposed to stop CPR once you start. Wouldn't someone not guilty of something stick around? I can't imagine just up and leaving in that situation. Was there a delay in calling 911 because that person was hopeful it wouldn't be necessary, ie they could bring him back on their own? My guess would be ::yes:: It will be interesting to see what his blood gases reveal once their released, which may give some indication of how long he wasn't breathing. I can't see how someone won't be charged in this. But it is going to be a fiasco sorting it all out. popcorn::

You do not hold a medical professional responsible when they give pain killers to someone for years, knowing they are addicted? He had a personal md. Its not like he was going into to the ER or to different dr. offices and getting these pills and prescriptions. That md knew he was addicted and chose to continue giving them to him. Just like the md did in the case of Elvis.

A local club owner was held responsible for a patrons death because he allowed the man to leave his club drunk. The man had a wreck and died. If this club owner can be held responsible, how can we not hold a dr. responsible for allowing someone to die of addiction to a drug he gave to the deceased?
