Does anyone think that maybe Michael Jackson was murdered?

Well I just read that the report is in and has been handed over but wont be released until next week. It MUST have soemthing to do with criminal charges.
Also read that the custody has been decided. Grandma gets them and DR gets visitation. The chef visited the kids and said they are happy.
I'm so happy to hear that.

Last night I was watching a news type show I recorded a while back, and someone said the doctor came running downstairs flustered and called for Price to come up. The oldest boy. WTH did he do that?? Did anyone hear that? Also gossip about MJ being gone 9:00 am, and the doc had all the heaters and fireplace on full blast to keep the body temp up. GAWD how horrible if true.

Last I heard they had not burried him, but maybe they just are not telling the public since people can be so twisted about it.

They are probably waiting for confirmation from the brain analysis, which shouldn't be ready yet.

I just find it so strange that all of these people who are giving interviews about him only met him a few months ago (like the chef) or hadn't seen him for 2 years or more (like most of his family). The only person who saw MJ or the kids consistantly was his dermatologist. :confused3

The last picture has always been disturbing. Look at the last 5 or 6 pictures and he even seem to "carry himself" different than that last pic. That last pic just cant be him. Maybe I'm just dreaming, too. :confused3

When I see videos of him now, I realize that in many of them he is as high as a kite. :scared1::scared1::scared1:

But I do think he was the ultimate performer -- every interview was a performance, every public appearance was a performance. And there are lots of stories about him wearing disguises to go to places like DL. None of us knew what he was really like when he was alive. It's only been since his death that home videos and candid photos taken by his friends have been released to the media -- they would never have done that while he was alive.

I was also watching that London announcement "Michael" did and his voice was so deep, and his mannerisms were all off, I have never know Michael to fist pump.
:confused3

I meant to address the voice issue in an earlier post and forgot. If you go on youtube and watch his home movies his voice is actually not as soft-spoken as it's always been reported. I think because he was so shy he was soft-spoken in interviews. I've watched some videos of him talking from the Bad tour too when he was on stage and his voice is deeper than it is in interviews.

His mannerisms during that announcement were very odd though. Not at all MJ-like. Like you said, I have never seen him ever pump his fist. I tend to think that was from the drugs.

:( I sure hope not. If the reports are true though he has been on drugs a lot longer, so maybe the mannerisms would have shown up a little earlier? :confused3
Admittedly I am still in denial that he was on drugs, his voice has always been very soft spoken, and I do agree with you that it was deeper in his private tapes, but it didn't sound like him at all.
Repeating THIS IS THE LAST TOUR, over and over again... sounded so gruff, not at all like the fan loving Michael.

I think he was looking for a witness to say he tried to revive MJ. Why he thought a 12 year old child was well suited for that task is beyond me. :sad2:

With the kinds of people MJ had around, Prince may have been the most responsible. It does not say much about the adults though does it? He apparently made big staff changes starting several months ago. Who knows what was going on in his mind?

We haven't really seen or heard much from MJ since the last child molestation trial though and I think that's probably when the drugs got really bad. He was devastated at the accusations and probably got deeper into drugs to help him cope. Even walking into the press conference in London he was struting and I've never seen him do that before. It may also be the reason his voice had become even deeper.

That could be the case. I am a little curious about all the recent staff changes too. He brought a lot of people back from his past too and I am curious what that was all about.

Since the 1980s there have been reports that he took female hormones. If he did take them, his voice would be higher. Then when he stopped his voice would become more manly.

I agree, the interviews and appearances had become far and few between. I still find it odd that he wore sun glasses... Maybe so we couldn't just his eyes?

I am sure he had his reasons :)

Jeesh. Supposedly this supposedly that.
So many flippin rumors.
Will someone come out with the darn truth?:headache:

Yeah I remember the rumors. Even in his concert videos when he has spoken he really didn't sound all that soft-spoken to me. But in interviews during the same timeframe he does. That's why I say I think it was more from shyness because he was extremely shy back then. If he was really taking those hormones he would have still sounded soft-spoken in the concerts and he didn't. At least not in the videos I have seen. I think those rumors were probably just exactly that, rumors. I know from being shy myself my voice is more soft-spoken when I am around people I don't know and not comfortable with yet so I can understand why his voice would do that. I'm not really comparing it from different timeframes. All I was saying in reference to her post was that I agree it did sound even deeper in that press conference which I think had to do with the drug use.

What I remember was that his father had someone give MJ the hormones to keep his voice high and the Jackson 5 together for a longer period of time. Joe Jackson is going to roast in hell for what he did to his family. MJ said in an Oprah interview that he would vomit involuntarily when he saw his dad.

He may have back then but I am not convinced MJ still did that later on. I was less convinced after watching an entire Bad concert on youtube the other night and hearing him speak a few times. Joe Jackson is a terrible excuse for a human being. He will get his. I remember MJ saying that on Oprah. So sad. :sad2: Joe Jackson needs to stay out of the limelight and off the MJ case. His reputation is soooo bad that the media outlets don't believe what he says and just because he says it they will still say "it hasn't been verified yet" like I had at least twice on CNN last night. That's pretty sad considering someone from MJ's family is saying it but that's what happens when you are Joe Jackson and you have a bad reputation. The only thing he has said that I believe is when he said he didn't know where MJ's body was. I think the rest of the family is intentionally keeping him out of the loop and they should. They need to keep him away from MJ's kids too.

I've been thinking about this since you posted it a few days ago.

If that turns out to be true, he was even more desperate (and in deeper doo doo) than I thought. It would not surprise me if it does, as I wondered why the paramedics said they felt he was already gone when they got there (but the doc insisted on resuscitative efforts).

Sounds like the doc was trying to stall so the one really incriminating drug was out of his system. :sad2:

Excellent point! I think I heard that propofol starts to vanish from the bloodstream 20 mins. after the drip is stopped. But wouldn't that only happen if the person was still alive ie. the body metabolizing the drug?

Yes.

All this talk of the doc and drugs and custody and money.... but I just feel like saying I firmly believe in my heart that he was a good and gentle person, with a huge heart, beautiful kids and he was given a gift that so many people are thankful that he shared with us.

ITA!! Just because he turned to prescription drugs and sadly became addicted doesn't make him a bad person. I still blame his dad largely as well both the molestation allegations, especially the last one. I think he was deeply, deeply hurt and devestated by that. I don't condone it but I can understand where the need came from for the pain and hurt to go away. His whole world was literally turned upside down. Sadly it became so bad that no one could or would help him. :sad2: I still believe, no matter what, that he was an amazing soul and incredibly talented. We won't see anyone else that talented in our lifetime. That's a rarity.

I completely agree with both of you. He was an amazing and kind person, who had his life ruined by money hungry, heartless, people.
They betrayed him and made him feel alone. One could hardly blame him for looking for a way to ease his pain and suffering.
There will never be another like him, and I wouldn't want anyone to try to be. He was too special, and I am so thankful that he is away from his life of pain and lonesomeness. :(

He did seem to be a kind person and he was definitely talented. However, I do blame him for his drug use. This man had 3 kids. He went into rehab in 1999, why didn't he go again after he had his kids? Those children are now w/out a father. I would feel this way about anyone who had kids.

After hearing about little he slept, I wonder if he was bipolar. The news said he would go for 2 days w/out sleeping or he'd sleep for a couple of hours at a time. If he did have this illness, it would have affected how any drug affected him.

I cannot blame him for getting addicted to pain killers, for they are far to easy to become addicted to. A cancer survivor on the boards said that even once the duration that she needed to take the medicine was over, she still had to wean herself off of them because she couldn't stop cold.

He had a lot to deal with. An abusive father, the cruel media attention, and he was very very lonely.

Yes I am disappointed that he succumbed to the pressure and insults of the public. I wish that he stayed strong and showed the world that he is innocent (as I know in my heart that he is.)

But you can only take so much, and while it is tragic that he left his children behind, I have to wonder if he understood the risks of the drugs he was taking, or if someone else is responsible for starting his addiction.

I just want the darn toxicology report to come out. I am tired of people calling him a "child molesting drug addict." That is just so disturbing on so many levels.

He deserves so much more than that. :sad2:
