I ordered one from the laughingplace.com and the total including shipping was $13. All the other places I looked were much more expensive. Hope this helps.

giftsofalifetime.com has them, I noticed they have the 50th celebration ones too. Not sure if it is cheap or not though.

You can order them directly form the Days of Christmas store in DTD. Call (407) 828-2042 to order them over the phone. You will probably have to leave a message, and they will get back to you. It may take a week or so for them to return your call. They only return calls on certain days, and I think certain times. They are about $6 plus shipping. They are the cheapest. Engraving is included. You can save on shipping if you will be heading to WDW soon. They will send them to your resort.
