Also if you watched the video of the balloon take-off, the one son yells " Dad! Falcon was in there!" WHILE POINTING HIS LITTLE VIDEO CAMERA AT HEENE who is off camera. Not only that, why was there a camera rolling on the "accidental" balloon release to begin with???

This guy is just CREEPY to me. I agree the media should STOP giving him any attention. But that's not happening, I just saw a promo for Larry King Live. Heeney is his guest tonight & they will have the sherriff's response also, they said. I used to think more highly of Larry King, but he's not much better than Nancy Grace sometimes.

She is not a citizen of the U.S. If she was found guilty of a felony (?), she would be deported.

I don't think he's a nutjob. He seems very immature, arrogant, and narcissistic. He wanted fame and fortune and thought nothing about using his kids to get it. Unfortunately there are a lot of parents like that.

And his saaying that he really believed his son was in that balloon, well, he was caught with his pants down and won't be man enough to 'fess up that it was a hoax. It would make him look like a jerk if he did, but someone needs to tell him he already does look like a jerk.

But she was found guilty of something, can't remember exactly what, and was sentenced to a small jail time, so maybe she wasn't really in jeopardy of being deported?

Yes he is a nutjob but I thought it was hilarious that he was demanding the ACLU and anyone else to intervene on his behalf and Matt Lauer was like time's up please be quiet now. You can always tell when Matt isn't appreciating someone his interviewing.

He wants the ACLU and the FBI to get involved! Maybe President Obama and the Pope too?

They agreed to a plea deal -she was charged with a misdemeanor so she wouldn't be deported. If they had not cooperated it would have been a felony charge and that would mean deportation. The DA said they were willing to make the plea deal for the sake of the children.

Time for her to take the boys and leave. Has anyone seen the YouTube videos of the kids foul language rap? It was pretty horrendous.

This man belongs in jail and I wish they had reason to keep him longer - although, at the rate he's going, it's only a matter of time before matters get worse for this family.

Sick and very sad....

He was on Larry King last night - he admitted that he never met the prosecutors and no directly threatened to have his wife deported.

The sheriff and prosecutor was on after him and seemed rather baffled by his comments.
