Is there anyone on here who would be willing to make my shirts for me. I dont know the 1st thing about iron on transfers and my luck I would mess up to much. I would of course pay the $ to be done and shipped. If anyone wouldnt mind doing it or if anyone knows of any company online that does create your t-shirts for a decent price, please let me know.

Teresa, ohhh you should TRY it yourself! ::yes::
And that way if you mess up one or two, no big deal :confused3
I think you'll find you will LOVE IT, though! I was scared to death when i started mine a few weeks ago, but turned on my iron, let it heat for about 10 minutes, got my shirts out, transfers printed, took a deep breath and now I am an iron on maniac! :rotfl: I did have a couple of casualties with a few transfers, but i expected it! You can see my addiction, er i mean my work in the link below my signature :rotfl2:
Anyway, good luck and i promise, its so much fun!!

There is a problem with paying for items on here. The shirts are easy..if I can do it, anyone can:) Give it try...

I agree-I'm getting over my fear by jumping in. I just printed off 19 transfers yesterday and plan on finding shirts this weekend to iron them on next weekend. I plan on turning my house into a sweat shop and make all of my shirts, maganets, window clings, pressed penny tubes, candy bar wrappers, mousekeeping and spending money envelopes, stroller tags and just added to my list, pillow cases!

Don't get me wrong, it is a bit pricey to buy the transfers (I purchased my Avery ones at Staples for like $15 for a package of 5), t-shirts (depending on where you get them), ink for transfers (I've gotten 25 sheets of various things out of my cartridge so far and it's not starting to run out yet) plus the time you spend doing them (I'm setting aside a weekend-Friday and Saturday night-to complete the iron on part).

There's also an amazing thread about 20 steps to putting on the transfer that I'm using for guideance to complete my shirts and such. In the thread, there's even a link to a video to show you how to do it. The directions in the Avery transfers was not very clear at all-I was very thankful for the thread here!!

GOOD LUCK! It's really not as bad as it sounds! If you're worried about the shirts, start with something smaller, a pillowcase (if you want to practice fabric and such), or pick up some maganet or window cling paper and start there!

I think we were all terrified the first time we did it. May I suggest www.jiffyshirts.com for your shirts? They are very inexpensive, so I always order a couple extra "just in case." And as long as you follow directions on the transfer paper (some say reverse image, others do not - there are different methods depending on the paper), you'll be fine. Do you have a printer? Do you have an iron? There you go - you're all set! Just have fun!
