Yes and no... Everyone is hoping it will be opened again sometime this year.

However, Disney changed it up last year and offered 2011 Free Dining for bookings up to December 20th, 2010.

Yea, we were in DW back in September and I remember them offering the FDP for 2011 at that time, but I'm hoping it won't be the only offer for this year. We'll see. Thanks.

I am trying to remember when the summer/fall code came out for free dining in the past. I think in the past it was in early April. Will they offer it again, Seems like last year they started tying the different meal plans to choice of resort. Deluxe resorts got the full meal plan, values got the counter service only plan.
Right now through October 1 there are 2 codes available, kids play and stay for free and the graduated % off for rooms. That may impact whether free dining will also come out, based on whether they fill rooms with those discounts.

Was that a bounceback rate?

If you called while at WDW asking for a bounceback offer, the CM's quoted the same FD deal that was available to anyone not at WDW calling in. There was a different code, and the blackout dates may have been very slightly different. Otherwise, same offer.
