Did you try posting your question in the disABILITIES section of disboards? I believe its mostly WDW stuff, but maybe you would have more luck over there....

I know that they do for Fantasmic! but I am not sure about the fireworks. For Fantasmic! it's right next to the Mark Twain Riverboat entrance and has a decent view.

Sadly they don't. When my DM was in a wheelchair last month, we asked but it's still a 1st come 1st serve type of thing. We were waiting in front of the castle and we fortunately had space between us & the other ppl, so she was able to see.
My advice would be to find a family w/ a stroller & sit behind it.

Nope. No special seating for parades as you line up along the streets it's a first come first served type thing. Just make sure you are at a place toward the front so that people dont stand up in front of you.
