Does anyone know why DCL website is ....

It seems like every time I go on the DCL website to do my activities it is always down. Doesn't matter what time of the day or night I am on my computer. After I did my online check in I haven't been able to get back on the website.

I have a Macbook and I have to restart my computer every single time I want to look at my activities, it drives me nuts.
Maybe try that to see if it helps.

I use Chrome Incognito and that works best. For our upcoming September cruise, last night/early this morning was the first time cruiser check in date so the system was overloaded by that. And there were some issues from what I understand over the weekend starting Friday night when there was a total outage of all Disney websites...MDE, DCL, Disney Parks, etc. They are glitchy at best, but out of control on check in dates for new cruisers and Silver due to numbers of those groups being high.

Try using a different browser and/or a "private" window. I use a private window on Edge and it works fine. I've had problems with Firefox. The problem has something to do with the cookies the site uses.

Personally, the last time I had any major issues (to the point that I couldn't even get the page to load) was many years ago when they changed the system. Up until this past few days, the issue was corrected quickly. And if there was a planned maintenance, a notice was posted ahead of time. Most of these were through the DVC website.

With regards to the DCL website, I don't recall having this type of issue.
