UGH!!! After hours and hours of searching (I have dial up) I have given up trying to find this myself.

Do you know who this belongs to?

Nice to know I'm not the ONLY person still on dial - up - isn't it fun>>

The image is a mickeyhead with Sarge from Cars in it and it has a grayish background fill to it. The Disigner had all of the Cars characters. Not sure why I can't post the pic .
