Does anyone know when we can expect Oct room only discounts?

Looking to add 1 night before DVC trip in mid October. Does anyone know when we should expect room only discounts (Dis Visa / pass holder / any other)???

Likely sometime in the next 3 weeks. Keep in mind that last year, the ONLY Oct. dates covered for the general public were Oct. 1, 30 and 31. AP holders might have been offered more dates, though. Good luck!

A lot of people are speculating about this on the Resorts board. Some think it might be as early as August 15 once the summer promotion ends. Others believe that, given the lack of rumors about a date, it could be September until anything is released. I am also eagerly awaiting the discounts and hoping for a good deal for a few extra nights in November.

I would really like a room only discount for November, especially since free dining is not available when we are there.

Also, look at when the current codes end. New codes will typically come out sometime after that point. Just like your grocery store, sales usually don't overlap.
