Does anyone know the current schedule for Lights, Motors, Action!?

We will be arriving at Disneyworld next Wednesday (Spet 28th) and I wanted to know if anyone knew the current show schedule for Lights, Motors, Action!, so I can determine if we should go to MGM after we arrive.

Here is where you can find times for all the shows this week. Probably want to check when you get to WDW next week to see if there are any changes.
Or this web site says they update for the next week on Saturdays. I don't think they change much week to week.
