Not released yet. Keep in mind that the rates are usually about $20 to $25 off of rack rate for value resorts. June is summer season ($109 a night) and September is value season ($82 a night). Right now there is a AP rate for February, which is value season for $59 a night, which gives us a $23 savings per night. Last May during regular season ($99 a night) we got a value resort for $74 a night (a $25 savings per night). These numbers should give you something to think about. I would guess that September again should be about $59 a night and June should be around $84 a night. BUT, a big BUT, last year there were NO AP rates released for value or moderate resorts for JUNE and JULY 2006. The resorts were at capacity, so no need for a AP discount. There may have been a package deal, for no AP discounts or any other type of room only discounts. Because June and July are very popular at the value and moderate resorts, this year Disney has created a new level of rack rates called Summer rates, which are $10 more a night at the value resorts than during regular rates. Hope this info helps!
