Mickey no longer is activated in the parks. This stopped in late 2014.

He will not work in the parks, but he is probably valuable on ebay or the FB Disney buy/sell groups.

That's a shame as Disney pushed it pretty hard for a few years. With even newer technology maybe they'll re-launch at some point with even more capabilities. Of course then it will require the purchase of another Pal Mickey.
