Does Anyone Know how to Podcast?

Hello Everyone...

I have a question....I have an Ipod, and I use it all the time. I have heard of "podcasting," but do not know what exactly this is or how to do it. For example, I am a subscriber to Dr. Laura's radio show, and can access her archives of daily shows. Does anyone know how I would get her show to my Ipod? I know it is possible, because Dr. Laura mentioned it on her show, but does anyone have any advice of how to do this? I am very confused....

If you have an Ipod, I assume that you use Itunes. There is a section in Itunes for Podcasts - as far as I know you can search/subscribe/etc. What this means is when you subscribe to a podcast, when you hook up your ipod and go into the itunes software, it checks to see if there are any new 'parts' to your podcast. I think you can configure it to automatically download them to your ipod, or that you have to do it by hand.
