The rehitching ceremony is a lot of fun. I'd recommend making a PS for the meal and asking them to note that you want to do the rehitching ceremony.
When you arrive, tell the CM that checks you in to note you want to do the rehitching ceremony on your card. This is important, because sometimes the note may not be on your PS. By reminding them, they will write it on the card and your server will note it.
When you check-in, ask for Sam (one of the CMs -- he did our ceremony last year). Sam is terrific -- he got practically the entire restaurant involved, plus he pulled in Micky and Pluto plus 3 or 4 servers to be in our "rehitching party!"
The ceremony is not that long: you stand and do a quick "I Do". Then you kiss to the count of 100, while everyone claps and counts. They go from 1 to 10 by 1's, then 10 to 100 by 10's.
If you have a camera or video camera, ask another server to snap a picture or record the event.
After this, they bring out a nice white cake with a white chocolate top featuring Mickey and Minnie. The cake could easily serve several people. You also get a nice certificate and best of all, some great memories of a magical moment.
