I am trying to find a email address to universal studios or ioa. I am trying to find out about the refillable mugs. I have posted on this board and another on got yes and no's so i am not sure if the spongebob mug(tall mug ) is still good for our trip in sept. I was under the impression when we bought it , it was good forever, but i would like to hear that from someone that knows. We spent like 12.00 or so on it and then we paid 1.99 for refills at both parks last sept. Thanks for any info you can give me.

You WILL be able to re-use your mug on your next trip to UO. Check back closer to your trip for actual refill prices. Hope this clears things up for you. We still see the old Dueling Dragons mugs from park opening that guests keep bringing back from preveious trips and those are still honerd as well.

YEAH you can use your mug! I use mine all the time when I go. Refills are only $2.12 I believe (including tax). Mine is a spongebob and my friend got one too. So, the still sell them and even if they didn't they would refill it.

so, me being an Annual Passholder...does that count as someone who "knows"?

Just wanted to thank ya'll for your posts! I will not even waist my time on email universal! On the other board I posted on, i got a lot of "No you cant", or "you can only use the refill mugs with a reciept" So thanks again for your expert advise!!!
