Does anyone have recipe for loaded Mac & Cheese from Steakhouse 71???

The loaded Mac &Cheese from Steakhouse 71 was very good and I think my relatives would really like it. It had jalapeño and bacon. The cheese was white so not a cheddar . I’m not sure if it was a fontina or Gouda. It was very creamy and very good. The spice level was mild but had a nice kick. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks

Actually cheddar can be white. The orange is introduced by carotene.

If it is creamy but not strong flavor it could be fontina. Gouda has a bit more stronger favor. Neither or spicy.
