Does anyone have Dave Kreutzer for their guide?

Just curious and wondered how your dealing with him were. He is our guide and I really liked him a lot. He was not pushy at all....

He is our guide also. He was actually assigned to us after our original guide (Ron Allen) was promoted. Dave has been fine.

We have Dave as well. He was great when we bought. Now pushy at all. I read on the boards about people having lots of interaction with there guides after they bought. Maybe it's because the members do the interacting...because we have had no contact with Dave once our membership was finalized. I'm not complaining, just letting you know.

I know he called me back right after we bought....I had a couple of questions. He said he was going to touch base again after this call with us before he was off on vacation/working on the cruise ship and we never heard back. BUT....I realize these people are JUST GUIDES....not our friends and buddies. LOL I think he will always be available to us when we have questions. I could tell that right off the bat when we first met him.

Dave is our guide also and what a great guy! everytime we are going to Disney, I give him a call and we chat. He is extremely busy and if not with clients, he's out on a cruise...

we keep trying to plan a lunch or drink when we are there - managed to get together once ...and he called me for AKL because I had expressed a desire to do an add-on.

what I like the most is that he's a "not in your face" fellow and he does get back to me when I call...maybe not the same day but within 2 or 3 ...

We were really impressed with him. I Always thought these type of presentations would be so pushy with people trying to really talk you into buying in. BOY WAS I WRONG...at least with him. Then the next day when we went to tour SSR he was great again. Very impressed with him. We even have a picture of him and our kids. LOL

Sorry to resurrect a dead thread, but we just got the DVC "get your friends to join" package in the mail.

We watched the DVD to help with our WDW withdrawal and I noticed that Dave is in the video!

We have never met him since we bought resale, but it was cool to put a face to the name!

Dave has helped us with 4 contracts. He is always eager to answer questions. He is great!
