Is there such a thing? I have always thought that there should be but I never heard of it yet.

For now I would just take it up with Guest Relations.

I am wondering, did you have an issue with a product that they produce? They have guest relations but QA is more for product defects.

Typically, customers feedback to quality assurance at companies goes through the company's customer service department. QA isn't typically a direct, customer-facing organization.

oh ok.. do you have a number for Guest Relations.. my photo pass cd is not right... first they left tinkerbell out now I can't do a slide show b/c the 2nd lady that did the cd didn't turn all the pics around.. ... I wasted my last day trying to get my cd corrected... do you have a guest relations number by chance?
