My office/guest room is filled with all of my Disney memorabilia. I want to paint it in a way that would fit with everything in it... either with a mural or special colors. Does anyone have any ideas that would help me? If you have a room decorated in Disney I would love to hear about it.
Thanks!!;)

My entire house is Mickey Mouse! With a little Lion King and 101 Dalmations mixed in. :D

The Disney paint looks neat... or maybe a wallpaper border you can find on ebay.....

I think you could do a lot with stencils, too.... either shadows or detail depending on your skill with a brush.....

Gosh, the possibilities are endless. I have a plain white powder room just crying out for Mickey colors......

Good luck!

I'd love to have one, but I don't.:( I have Disney stuff all over the place though.:teeth:

I have a Disney powder room.!!
We have the Mickey soap holder and mickey head soap'
Mickey liguid soap dispenser, kleenex holder and trash can.
we also have a huge mickey poster with gold tones and mickey hands.

We had someone come in a couple of years ago to paint a mural in my 3yo son's room. It copies Andy's Room (Toy Story) and has has wood panelling (paint effect) and dado rail, with blue sky and white clouds above and she painted all the TS characters. Buzz is flying across one wall with Woody grabbing hold of his leg and Bo Peep is trying to catch Woody with her crook! Slinky is slinking around the door, Zurg is standing on a 3D effect book shelf, The horse (can't remember name!!) looks like he's jumping over the wood panelling and some of the other characters (Jessie, Stinky Pete and Mr. Potato Head are holding onto painted ropes from the ceiling. The kids were absolutely made up, now my older son (6yo) wants a Spiderman room......

janette~ That wall looks GREAT!! I, too, have the 2 story entry way and family room and have been wondering what to do with all of that open space. What a clever idea. I don't think my DH would enjoy it as much as I would!

I also have a lot of lithos that I don't know what to do with. I actually might consider doing something like that in my basement.

Thanks for the idea!
