I know it's not exactly the same look but there is a font called Mousetags, Capital A is a Mickey Head plane. I used it here to make you this one. I do not want to copy the plane used on etsy.

Hello,
I would really appreciate it if you could make a Mickey airplane with the name "Bjorn" on the plane or at the bottom instead of the phrase on their currently. Please also make a Minnie airplane with a purple bow with the name "Cindy" on it. My SIL and BIL are both pilots and I would love to surprise them with these on our first family DCL on the Magic on the 26th of April. Thank so much!!

you need to request in the DISigner's thread. Once they have responded to another DISer and the request appears to be complete, there is no reason for them (or me for that matter) to revisit a completed request thread
