Does anyone have a Bowflex?

I keep seeing these advertised on TV and was wondering if they were worth the money?
I need to join Curves or something, but it would be a lot easier for me if I could do a work out at home.

We have one. I use it a lot. We've had it for several years and it works great. I'm not sure how much they've changed since we got ours, but I'm very happy with it.

We have one. It works very well, but you have to use it!!!! It comes in many boxes that you have to put together. But everything is labeled VERY well and the instructions are VERY complete!!! Very smooth operating machine. We go in spurts exercising. My "spurt" is starting now, beach vacation in June and cruise in September !!!!!

We've had ours for years and we all have used it off and on and like it. I think it's worth the money if you use it. It's a lot more fun than free weights.

My friend bought hers at a second hand sporting goods store. She likes it a lot. I've used it a couple of times. Works well.

My DS25 loves his. He bought it last year when he moved outta here. He uses it just about daily from what he tells me!
