Does anyone else HATE beer?

Dont know if I hate beer. I cant get over the fact that it smells like the "samples" we have to obtain at the hospital when someone has a urinary tract infection. There is no way I'm putting something that smells like that in my mouth to try.

I hate beer, can't stand the smell. Now when I was younger I use to LOVE Genny 12 horse cream Ale... Now I just drink coolers or kalua and cream.

I have tried and tried to like beer. Everyone looks at you strange and thinks you're a wet blanket when they're handing out beers and you say "no thanks". I just can not stand the taste. Ironically, I happen to LOVE the way beer smells on my husband's breath, and it makes me kiss him a lot.

And here I thought that I was the only one!!! I don't like beer myself. I've tried it many, many times, but I'm more of a frilly drink kind of gal. But I love me some beer kisses!! My husband thinks I'm nuts...but when he drinks a beer, I have to have beer kisses!

When I was a kid my parents let me try a tiny sip of their beer every now and then... I HATED it and spit it out. I figured when I became an adult I would like it. Well I'm now 31 (I guess that qualifies me as an adult!) and I still HATE the taste!

Once in a while I'll try a sip of my husband's beer to see if I've developed a taste for it, but it seems I still haven't. Then I kick myself afterwards for willingly putting that disgusting taste in my mouth!

My husband doesn't drink often but when he does, he likes to try new, exotic-type dark beers. Lots of times he'll say, "Mmmm, try this one, it has a hint of <insert flavor here>". I try them and amazingly they all taste the same to me, like vile putrification.

Back during my college years my friends would try to get me to drink with them. I explained that I didn't like beer (and most alcohol). They still would buy beers for me and try to persuade me to try it... I felt like saying "If you hate brussel sprouts and they disgust you, would you appreciate me trying to shove them down your throat?" Ugh! They just didn't get it!

i like beer, at one point i reallyy liked beer, ( a little too much) now i want a couple nice cold budwiesers during the evening a couple days a week, beer should be bottled, cold, and domestic.

Yes, My favorite kind! But not too often, raises the blood pressure...its B**** getting old!

I hate beer. To me, beer tastes like smelly feet. Not that I have tasted smelly feet, but if I did, I think they would taste the same

i've tryed a lot of the imports, and the microbrews, i just prefer good old fashioned american beer. by brand, budweiser, in long neck bottles, and i like it extremely ice cold.

You are just drinking water. Try some good Canadian beer.

I am primarily a wine drinker, but I do like a good, cold beer also. I can't eat certain foods, like Buffalo wings, without a beer, it is just not right.

i've had canadien beer, i've had german beer, i've tryed a japanese beer,, i prefer bud. sorry, you arent gonna change my mind.

I have never been a beer liker/drinker. Until. Lambec Framboise. A Belgian Import, very expensive. It's sweet and tastes like raspberries and its PINK. A friend was drinking it at a party being held at a local beer bar and I was offered a sip. I really liked it. I bought a case and have been savoring it for quite a while.

The cheapest beer my friends will even consider is Yuengling. The only beer I can drink is the Lambec.

Tried and tried to like it,just could never acquire a taste for it. Don't even like the smell of it. Also lucky DH doesn't like it.

I never liked beer until I went to Alaska and tried Alaskan Amber Ale. Yummy!

Now, I like to have a good beer once in a while - either a Bass Ale, Guinness or Asahi Dry (Japanese beer).

I really don't like beer. I've tried though. I married into a beer family. DFIL used to OWN an Anheuser Busch distributor. I'm surprised they let this non-beer-drinking girl into the family!

There are some US made beers that are good. But almost any beer would be on a hot day sitting beside the pool. Thge one thing that I do like about your beer is that it is cheap.
