Worm...I thought you were going to say you eat peanut butter! That's one of my "red light" foods. Can't handle it...LOL! That's something I can't deal with because I go overboard with it. As they told us in Weight Watchers...stay away from your red light foods if they're real problems. They'll still be there. But RICE CAKES, I CANNOT do! Yuck! They're about as appetizing as styrofoam to me.
Serena...Your thinking makes sense. And that's something I've done way too often. Ate too many things trying to substitute for what I really want. Then ate it any way.
