Does anyone dress their PAL MICKEY?

We put a Christmas hat and scarf on our Pal Mickey last December and an "Uncle Sam" patriotic hat on him for Memorial Day but have had trouble finding outfits and accessories small enough. Want to find sunglasses and a pin lanyard for him. And maybe even a Halloween outfit. Anybody have any suggestions?

What's a PAL MICKEY cost? Does he say things at home too or just in the parks? Does he repeat the same things at each location?

If memory serves - which these days is questionable - P.M. costs around $50. He gives info about rides and attractions, but more than that he tells lots of stupid jokes. He also has some games programmed into him that you can play. He'll tell the jokes and play the games away from the parks, too.

As for attraction information, he's supposed to tell you wait times, etc. I remember when we were in line for Splash Mountain he gave a warning that he should be put away so as not to get wet - not good for electronics you know.

When you walk into the park his programming is supposed to be updated with latest information. Just be sure you have fresh batteries in him or you may think he's broken. (That happened to us on our last trip and we spent about 20-30 minutes in one of the stores trying to get him working right.)

That website is too cute. I did try a couple of things from Build A Bear and they were way too big, but maybe I gave up too quickly. I think I may go back and try there again and Michael's. I haven't sewn anything in quite a while, but I may give that a shot as well. There must be a doll out there about the same size, but I haven't found it yet. Maybe Disney will bring out some outfits for the next version.
