Does any of the hotels offers a fridge in the room?

Hi there,

we intend to go to DLRP with our little baby (3 months). As he needs his babymilk we would like to know whether one of the hotels offers a fridge. Unfortunately, we cannot see one in the descriptions :confused3 ...

Does anyone know?

Many thanks in advance,

There is a mini bar in some of the hotels. Last year when I rang to reserve a room, I asked if the minibar could be emptied so I could store milk. I was advised that it was not an actual fridge and would not be suitable for storing baby milk. I didn't find it a problem as I actually brought the small cartons and threw away what I didn't use each feed. It was a more expensive option, but I couldn't be bothered with the powder - I was on my holidays! My baby was nearly 7 mths at the time and was down to 4 bottles a day because she had started solids so it wasn't constant feeding! I suppose you'll just have to have your water all preboiled & use the powder which will be easy enough to do. Just arm yourself with a thermabag, a powder dispenser & a flask of hot water. Every day I used to go into the reception of the Disneyland Hotel, take out my flask & heat up a bottle & feed her. It's a lovely place to sit with comfotable sofas & if you are there at 4pm you can see the characters coming down the stairs to greet the children waiting in the reception.

Not sure how you're travelling, but on the advice of my DSis we're taking a small fridge (one of those little portable ones intended for cans etc.) If you're having to take a setiliser anyway that might be good. Otherwise get one (or more) of those powder dispensers (where you measure out the powder in advance) and just have water in the bottles. Then you don't need to worry about keeping it cold, it will be fine for up to 24hrs and you can just add the powder when you need to.

Many thanks for your answers! I think, we're going to buy this dispenser as well a small fridge and some sterilised "baby water". That should work :) !

Thanks again,
Winterfee

I bought my travel steriliser on ebay. I think it cost me £6 & it was great. Only sterilises 2 bottles at a time, but it is very compact for travelling (we were flying). The make of it is babytec.
