Does Amazon still price adjust on items that go even lower??

I have an item I got last week and one I should get today. They are both now lower. I sent an email. But I could not find where it was specifically stated. Thanks.

you could but you will be charge the return shipping.. so it depends on the discount.

You may get lucky, I have heard of others getting a 1 time adjustment. but overall they are not doing adjustments like the used to. I believed it stopped over a year ago.

Last year i bought a tv from them and the price changes were incredible. Every couple hours the price was changing. It dropped about $100 from the lowest I saw it and bought it for. I called them and finally got them to agree to a one time adjustment. The tv had not yet shipped.

Officially, they don't do price adjustments anymore. They will probably do a one time exception, so that might be worth it if the drop was substantial.

However, if the item hasn't shipped yet, you have much better luck. They did adjust the price on an item in that case for DH because he could have canceled and re-purchased at the new price.

If it hasn't shipped, just cancel and reorder.

If it has shipped call. Then call again, and again. After about the 3rd email/call I finally had them agree to give me a credit for the price difference on an item recently.

This happened to me just a couple of weeks ago. I'd bought a DS game then a couple of days later it went on sale. I e-mailed them and they gave me a refund of 10.00 That'll teach my DH to tell me to not bother
