Dodge Magnum, does this car scare anyone else?

It just looks EVIL. I think of 'Christine' everytime I see one, and the people driving it around here favor the color black, so it just looks SCARY.

The hatchback makes it a little bit sissyfied but it does have a certain evil mystique about it. Black out the windows, turn off all the lights and pull up behind someone at night. Turn on the highbeams, rev the engine and you've got one guaranteed nightmare for your victim.

I have driven SUV's (4 Runners) for about 15 years but rented one of these last summer and I LOVED it, I love it's styling and love the way it handled. If I were to get a car it would be the one I would chose since it has alot of room, I guess to each his own, personally you would never find me in an Aztec,Element or Scion! I went skiing about 2 years ago and then gave me an Aztec I told them no way would I ever be seen driving that I wouldn't if it were given to me! But the Magnum to me is a great looking car.

LMAO Funny you should mention the Scion. We've looked at this one for us too and if we bought it we'd want to paint big polka dots on it.
Is that not the most clowny looking car on the road these days? Oh man, I swear I hear circus music whenever I see one on the hiway!

We have a dark blue one and believe me it is a rockin car. We have the RT. But I will say that when one comes up behind you it does look daunting. It looks like it is going to eat you. But again so do the Chargers. I would not trade mine for the world. Believe me.

When they tried to steal my sons car we had to put it in the shop , due to be 16 at the time they would not give him a rental . He drove my car and I had to drive the rental it was ONE OF THESE ..

I made it one day and gave it to my DH and took the truck from him . Let me tell you it was wierd going from driving a little tiny Benz to that beast .

I doubt at my age I'd buy one, but all my family knows I find Dodge Magnums cool. So, we go to visit DS and family in Colorado when our new blessing arrived in May and what did he rent for us to scoot around in!?!?!?!? You got it, a Dodge Magnum!?!? I was so surprised and thought it was so sweet of him . Needless to say, the Magnum did not let us down! DS is a big Dodge fan and when he returned home from Iraq he bought a Dodge Power Wagon truck that he loooooves . Like they say, 'different strokes for different fokes'.

The Magnum was on DH's list for a company car. DS14 took one look and said you are NOT driving a car that looks like a cockroach!!!

Luckily DH picked the Charger.

Im guessing you're referring to the Scion xB, the boxy one...there's 3 different Scions, I drive the tC, the sporty one. There's a BIG difference!!

Last October when we were in Arizona for a wedding, we had a Magnum for our rental. We thought it was odd looking and called it our "Gangsta" car!

I HAVE A MAGNUM AND LOVE IT!!!! Mine is a candy apple red R/T with the HEMI motor---boy is it fast. Nice leather seats, power sun roof, heated seats, climate control 6 CD changer in the dash---what's not to love!!
