document question - nickname used!

I just received our documents and they have my mom's nickname on them. It is the name she goes by and always uses, but of course, her passport will have her "official" name on them.
Is this going to be a problem? Her name is Katherine and that is what's on the passport, but the documents say Kay which is the name she goes by.

Her reservation with DCL most definitely should have her full legal name, even if she goes by a nickname. Just call DCL (or your TA if you used one) and be sure that the name listed on the reservation matches her passport. They won't need to issue new documents but they must make the change in their reservation system.

Thanks - I was worried that they would have to issue new documents! I will call my TA tomorrow and ask her to call and change the DCL reservations to her full name.
