Doctor Who Dicussion *Episode Guide on Post 27! Warning: Contains Spoilers*

Its very clever, last year they had the DW launch on all of the TV magazines and a re launch a few weeks later with the Daleks, now Radio times and most TV magazines have Cybermen on them with a second re launch of the programme, with a few BAFTAS I bet Michael Grade was glade he was the person responsible for cancelling DW last time!

Woohoo !! Tonight's episode was a corker ~ I can't wait till next week.

BTW ~ I'm pleased to report that I was able to watch the programme without having to hide behind the settee

Mandy :)

One word: Eeek!

New cybermen are so scary; unlike the originals. Well done Doctor Who team; you have succeded in making a cool Cyber comeback!

Looking forward till next weeks! :goodvibes:

Very cool episode

Hear there is one later this series that is very scary (best rearrange the furniture so the sofa isn't against the wall)

2 things to note:

1) DON'T try the Doctor Who game on the site. They haven't worked the bugs out yet. Although, it is cool to see parrell earth version of "Who is Doctor Who?".

2) The Doctor Who Confidental inadvertidly revealed the big secret I mentioned before. You may want to catch the repeat..

Also note that there are bugs on the Doctor Who webby too.

150% good old Doctor who with a cliffhanger!!! nice to here BAFTA award winning show at the start!

After the president of GB's death, next week John Prescott will go to the factory to be converted to a cyberman, problem is he is to big, they will try to put oil on his screws, but there are too many to cover!

LOL :lmao:

Double LOL :lmao:

Just noticed that if you look on the Doctor Who webby's Characters page, there is a missing segment. New character perhaps???

The Master was so pantomime!:rotfl:

It'll be Captain Jack won't it? Is he due back this series or is he too busy doing This Morning?

DS pointed out this week that Doctor Who CE incarnation (I won't give them numbers because we always argue about whether Peter Cushing was a Doctor or not) used to call Micky "Ricky" to annoy him.
We all enjoyed the episode and found the scene with the upgrading of the homeless guys vaguely reminiscent of "Mr Jolly Lives Next Door." I think Russell Davies and I have read all the same books and watched all the same TV!

Really enjoyed Saturday's episode, Cybermen have been really beefed up, and love the parallel universe thing.

How strange, DH and I have been discussing how they could bring the master back to get them out of their "all timelords are dead" corner (we are both disappointed that they did this especially without using it as a storyline!) though I think it probably is more likely to be Captain Jack :thumbsup2

Haven't watched Confidential yet, am intrigued now so will try to get it watched tonight.

Well the Doctor thought all of the Daleks were dead and they came back, the Cybermen were all killed of by S McCoy, but in a parallel world they are reborn, the Master has avoided death a number of times, I am sure he will turn up in a shower somewhere ( if RTD watched Dallas).

The Master if brought up to fate would be a good one to come back, Liked the small Chinese cult men under Magnus Greel, in Talons of Weng Chiang, Linx or any other Sontaran fleet commander, maybe the Zygons in Scotland again with the Lock Ness monster?

So does Ricky Mickey, or metal mickey save the day on the transmitter?

I agree, I am sure the master is alive out there somewhere!

I love sontarans - they are my favourite monsters ever!!

ArielJasmine princess:

Er, guys, Captain J is already mentioned on the Characters page..

I wonder who it could be??

If you know tell us!

Does Rose take her dad back with her to our Earth???

I don't know; hence why I am asking! :)

It's probably a mistake, but you never know. But I have seen that Rose's Mum is reoccuring a lot in this series. Maybe she comes with the doctor or she sees the doctor laters??? (Then again, I got that off the Wikipedia, so anyones guess is as good as that! :teeth: )

EDIT: The missing segment could be the girl sidekick in the spinoff Torchwood... :goodvibes
