Do you wear your engagement/wedding ring(s) on vacations?

Never been married but I could not imagine NOT wearing them on vacation.

I do not wear mine internationally. They go in our safe deposit box at the bank. I feel safer with our rings there than in a hotel or cruise ship safe. We've been married for 42 years and our marriage survived not wearing them during travel.

When I went to Maui, I left my engagement ring at home for fear of losing it to the sea. Other than that, my rings go everywhere w/ me. I wear them all the time except when I shower or clean.

I don't wear any jewelry on vacation except for a cheap watch.
My friend recently went to Hawaii and was knee deep in the surf, got knocked over, struggled to get out of the powerful surf and lost her ring.
If someone is in Waikiki Beach with a metal detector soon, you may get quite the find!
