everday.

eyeliner - first and foremost. don't go a day without it.
mascara - i don't need it though. my eyelashes are fine the way they are. i just like it.
lip chap/gloss - i wear it most days. i like the shiny look. it annoys my lips sometimes.
eye shadow - both the powder and the MK & Ash liquid palate stuff
blush - natural 'flush' (light pink) or a light brown that mixes well with my freckles.

I NEVER USE:
foundation: even if i bought it, i would never get the hand of it.
lipstick: not until i find the right shade. i find anything on my lips irritates them.

I love playing up my eyes. The majority of the time when I'm applying makeup is used to get the eyeliner on right, then shadow, and multiple coats of mascara. (My lashes don't stand out without the multiple coats)


I love eyeliner and mascara. I put on concealer and powder if I have a breakout but, I usually don't wear it. I put on a nude lip gloss and I'm done, lol.

Yes, almost any time I go out, but it's not a lot. Eyeshadow, mascara, and chapstick. The Burt's Bees stuff if I'm going out to dinner or anything.

Unless I'm around the house...I wear make-up every day...usually quite a bit...but I make sure it never looks "fake" or trashy...just what I (hope!!!) compliments me...

~Brown Eye Shadow...3 Shades...but you'd never be able to tell b/c I blend them together and make them look "natural"

~Green Shimmer Eyeliner only on the bottom (I started wearing this more often lately)

HOWEVER, IMHO, if you know how to apply it, make it look pretty, and not gross, then it's ok to wear this much makeup...or maybe I'm just rationalizing it to myself...

I agree! And don't worry: I'm a girly girl, also. I love putting on makeup and trying new looks, lol.

I love makeup. I even moderate the clothing section at a makeup forum, lol. I don't normally wear it to school, but I buy a bunch of it during the fall and bust it out in the summer. I do wear foundation most days because I have acne scars, and I curl my eyelashes. My fav brand is stila.

Oh, makeup? I wear make-up constantly.
In the shower, when I go to bed... you never know when you need to look your best.
Makeup is serious business. Seriously.

Make-up is so overrated...I have found oil pastels and acrylics to work much better. Sometimes it is difficult to get that even tone of "pale green" covering my face, but it all evens out when I add a touch of "deep red" on my cheeks and "sunset orange" on my lips.

Because the oil pastels tend to water down in the rain, I use hairspray to preserve the colors. A few quick sprays around my eyes, forehead and cheeks and I'm ready for the day.

Also, when applying the "make-up" it is easier to use a scrip brush around the eyes and a scruffy brush for the cheeks. Trying to use a regular medium, camel haired brush will be very difficult and besides, it has always irritated my face after use.

Want to take about hair styling...let's talk about lotion...better than conditioner!
